Zanzibar Heritage Villas is a climate-responsive, net-positive eco-luxury villa development designed to combine high-end living with regenerative infrastructure. The project integrates rooftop solar PV with battery storage, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling for irrigation, and an eco-sensitive wastewater system, while prioritizing passive cooling and low-energy operation. Its architectural language combines Swahili coastal principles with contemporary luxury, using locally available materials where appropriate and aiming for long-term environmental and operational resilience.
